- 20 year career as an HR executive with high growth companies (Amazon, Pinterest, Intuit, Owens Corning).
- Has worked in the hospitality industry as a Concierge at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne (FL) and began his career in HR at the same hotel.
- Led M&A from an HR perspective for Amazon - was the HR lead on the Zappos/Amazon deal
- Has taken a company public - was part of the HR executive team who took Pinterest to IPO
- Has led large teams of both hourly and salaried team members and is an expert in culture and talent at both the team and enterprise levels
Jen Serio
- Harvard MBA, Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Strategy / Management consultant for top tier consulting firm Bain & Co.
- 20 year career in operations and general management (P&L) roles at UPS, Owens Corning, Sara Lee.
- Worked as a restaurant server for ~15 years starting in high school, supporting herself through college, and post graduation; 5 of those years in a hotel setting
- Operations, agile, six sigma, process improvement, and finance expert
- Has led large teams of hourly paid team members and is passionate about building a positive work culture
- Hundreds of hours of volunteer small business consulting for several local non-profits
